Profhilo differs from other injectables because it is made of lower molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Due to its lower molecular weight, it is also more easily absorbed by the skin, leading to better results.

Profhilo is a moisturising treatment that is revolutionary due to the fact that the hyaluronic acid is injected right under the skin. It has a long-term stimulating effect on collagen and elastin, which also draws water to the deeper skin layers. It stimulates and hydrates the skin and remodels ageing and sagging skin. This makes small wrinkles in particular less visible, which are sometimes difficult to treat with botulinum toxin or dermal fillers alone.

In this technique, hyaluronic acid is injected in predetermined areas. The cosmetic treatment is repeated at a two-visit interval of one month. The effect of this cosmetic treatment lasts for 3 to 6 months after this. It can also be used in the neck, décolletage, or hands, where it has a similar effect.
