How to get to our clinic
Wetering Medical Center is housed in several buildings that are close to each other. All buildings have a front desk with an employee who will gladly tell you where you are expected. It is therefore possible that you are referred to another desk. Your doctor may also be in a different building than you are used to. We advise to arrive a few minutes earlier than your appointment starting time. That will give you plenty of time to walk to the correct building.
Tram
Wetering Medical Centre is easy to reach by public transport (tram 7, 19 or 24 and metro 52). If you take tram 7 or 19, alight at Spiegelgracht. After you have walked about 50 m in the direction of Weteringcircuit, cross the bridge near the lamp shop (Weteringstraat) and turn left (Nieuwe Weteringstraat). After you have walked about 50 m, you will find our medical center on your left-hand side opposite the Aldi supermarket. If you take tram 24, alight at Weteringcircuit (tram stop Vijzelstraat). Nieuwe Weteringstraat runs up to Vijzelstraat. From Weteringcircuit, it is the first street on your left. After you have walked down Nieuwe Weteringstraat for about 30 m, you will find our medical centre on your right-hand side opposite the Aldi supermarket.
Please note: from 24 January 2020 up to July 2021, tram 24 will NOT run through the Vijzelstraat. Tram 24 will still be running between De Boelelaan and the Weteringcircuit.
Metro
If you are taking metro 52, the Noord / Zuidlijn, alight at the Vijzelgracht stop. On the platform you follow the signs Lijnbaansgracht / Weteringcircuit. At the top of the escalator, follow the tram 24 signs. When you come out, you are on Vijzelgracht. The Nieuwe Weteringstraat leads directly to the Vijzelgracht, from the Weteringcircuit it is the first street on your left. After you have walked down Nieuwe Weteringstraat for about 30 m, you will find our medical center on your right-hand side opposite the Aldi supermarket.
By car
The Nieuwe Weteringstraat is a one-way street. If you use a navigation system, this may cause some problems. From the Vijzelgracht you can enter the Nieuwe Weteringstraat (in a westerly direction). Medical Center is located on your right opposite the Aldi. There is a limited number of parking places in the street, if necessary there is space to drop off passengers. You can park your car on one of the canals (limited availability, parking rate 7.50 euros per hour), or in the Heineken Parking on the other side of the Wetering Circuit (parking rate 2.00 euros per 20 minutes). This is a walking distance of 200 meters (400 meters from the Heineken garage).
Disabled parking space
A disabled parking space is available opposite the main entrance of Wetering Medical Center. If you want to make use of this, please contact us in advance.
